Patricia has been a talk show host for over 10 years; a show that continued her work tackling public policy and quality of life issues with bold strategic direction. Patricia's principle belief is that the "Possibility of all Things-P356", is a model of coaching she embraces and believes in its transformative nature. She also takes her faith seriously and builds her coaching work on biblical principles which are relevant, reliable, timeless and applicable across demographics of: community, age, gender, race, ethnicity, geography, occupation, education, financial and or political status.
Patricia’s latest work includes a new release of a published work - BOOKENDS: Poverty and Public Policy. Her groundbreaking resource book for leaders tackle hard hitting policy issues by using biblical principles to guide her on issues such as Poverty, Voting Rights, Healthcare, Girls, What it Means to be Christian, Dreamers, HBCU's and more.

Qualifications
​Patricia holds an Advanced Certificate in Christian Life Coaching, a Certificate in Advanced Leadership from Regent University. She is also certified in EQ360. She also holds an honorary doctorate from Grace Bible College and Theological Seminary and doctoral work in strategic leadership from Regent University in Virginia. She received her master’s degree in education from Kent State University in Ohio, and her undergraduate degree from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. She is also a graduate of the Rural Economic Development Institute and University of North Carolina’s Institute for Economic Development. She is former President of the Rural Economic Development Organization. She is an Inaugural William Friday Fellow for Human Relations. Patricia is the Founder and Immediate Past President of the Bertie County African American Caucus, AAC, NCDP. She was instrumental in establishing and leading the work of the Bertie County Poverty Commission as chair, to include a longstanding celebrated history creating initiatives that improve overall quality of life of communities.
​Called to serve, she has a distinguished career in elected office to include being the first female and first African American female to be elected and to serve as chair of the Bertie County Board of Commissioners. Her career in elected office also includes election to regional and national economic development boards. She is the recipient of a number of governor appointments providing strategic leadership in the areas of technology, families and children. Patricia is also past president of a number of elected and appointed boards, committees and commissions to include the NC Association of Black County Officials, founding member of the NC Organization of Black County Officials, and the Bertie County Poverty Commission where she serves as chair. She is the Founder and CEO of PDF & Associates- a Strategic Positioning Coaching Company aimed at positioning individuals, and entities for success using biblical principles.
